Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Portland Business & Financial Solutions Ltd., The Outlook, Ling Road, Poole, Dorset BH12 4PY, on 18 August 2008, at 2.45 pm, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. In accordance with the provisions of section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Michael Robert Fortune of Portland Business & Financial Solutions Ltd ., The Outlook, Ling Road, Poole, Dorset BH12 4PY, being a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, will furnish Creditors with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
