At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, on 17 June 2008, at 3.45 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Patricia Vahey, of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG,be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
