THE BROMLEY (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO. 2) (ONE WAY) ORDER 2008
(RINGSHALL ROAD, ST. PAUL’S CRAY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 15th May 2008 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 1st August 2008.
The effect of the Order would be to introduce One Way working in Ringshall Road, St Paul’s Cray in a clockwise direction.
A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
