Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Express by Holiday Inn Hotel, 80 Ferensway, Kingston Upon Hull, HU2 8LN, on 28 May 2008, at 11.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, ie, to consider the Director’s Statement of Affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge a completed Proof of Debt form (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed Proxy Form) at the office of T H Associates, Chandler House, 5 Talbot Road, Leyland, Preston, PR25 2ZF, no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 27th May 2008.
