Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 February 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 February 2008 M A Culley as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said KIMBERLEY NARICE CULLEY who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kimberley Narice Luckham and assumed the name of Kimberley Narice Culley.
