LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 4 January 2008, Splinter Inc transferred to Keyhaven Capital Partners II, L.P. all of the interest held by them in Pond Ventures II, L.P. A (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP006868 and that with effect from 4 January 2008, Splinter Inc ceased to be a limited partner and Keyhaven Capital Partners II, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
