Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at Janes, Owen House, Trinity Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL52 2NT, on 23 October 2007, at 3.30 pm and 4.00 pm respectively, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meetings must lodge their proxies, together with a full statement of account, at the registered office, Janes, Owen House, Trinity Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL52 2NT, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meetings. Resolutions to be considered at the Meetings will include the approval of the costs of convening the Meetings, and the basis of calculation of the Liquidator’s fees. For the purposes of voting, a secured Creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at Janes, Owen House, Trinity Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL52 2NT, before the Meetings, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Companies’ Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at Janes, Owen House, Trinity Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL52 2NT, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days preceding the date of the Meetings stated above.
