The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing date 2 June 2007 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Janet Margaret Bowen, JP, to be Lord Lieutenant for the Area of Ross and Cromarty.
