Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY, on Wednesday 20 June 2007, at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Smith & Williamson Limited, First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1BG between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on 18 June 2007 and on 19 June 2007. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a full statement of account and (if not an individual attending in person) a proxy at the offices of Smith & Williamson Limited, First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1BG no later than 12.00 noon on 19 June 2007. Secured Creditors must, unless they surrender their security, give particulars of their security and its assessed value if they wish to vote at the Meeting. It should be noted that a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated may be passed at the above Meeting.
