Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are requested to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts and claims to the undersigned David Michael Riley and Charles William Anthony Escott, of RSM Robson Rhodes LLP, Colwyn Chamber, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, by no later than 1 May 2007, and if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
