Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Part 11 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator intends to declare an Interim Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving specified herein. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 27 April 2007, being the last date for proving, to submit their statement of claim to the undersigned Andrew David Rosler, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, 10 Eagley House, Deakins Busineßs Park, Bolton BL7 9RP, the Liquidator, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the Dividend so declared.
