In the High Court of Justice (Queen’s Bench Division) Leeds District Registry  No 1151 of 2006 In the Matter of OWENS PLASTICS LTD and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 372 Hough Fold Way, Bolton BL2 3NB (registered office), presented on 29 August 2006 by British Polythene Ltd, t/a BPI Films and BPI Recycled Products, of R/O One London Wall, London EC2Y 5AB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Leeds District Registry, on 6 February 2007, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 5 February 2007.
