In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 3179 of 2006 In the Matter of ALCHEMI EVENTS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 25 Harley Street, London W1G 9BR, presented on 8 May 2006 by Stephen David Allan, whose address is 2 Spaniards Close, London NW11 6TH, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Court of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19 July 2006, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) may give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 18 July 2006.
