A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator under the Insolvency Act 1986, of the above-named Company for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report and account of his administration of the Bankrupt’s estate and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release. The Meeting will be held at Wilkinson & Co, 68 Thorpe Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield HD5 8UF, on 17 February 2006, at 10.00 am.
