Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company, will be held at 141 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1EY, on 23 February 2006, at 2.00 pm, followed at 3.00 pm by Annual and Final Meetings of Creditors, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
