THE A12(S) TRUNK ROAD: INGATESTONE BYPASS STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENT SCHEME: ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT: DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to improve the A12(S) Trunk Road at the Ingatestone bypass in Essex which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980 is not subject to Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with Part V(A) of the Highways Act 1980, implementing Directive 85/337/ECC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC. Any comments about this notice should be sent to Julian O’Dell, Highways Agency, Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL as soon as possible but no later than 6 weeks after the publication of this notice.
