A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Parnell House, 25 Wilton Road, London SW1V 1LW, presented to the Court on 26 November 2003 by the Company acting by its Joint Administrators, James Joseph Bannon and Geoffrey Stuart Kinlan, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1U 3LL, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Thursday 15 January 2004, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
