Meetings of Creditors

ADHOC PUBLISHING LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, 37 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1XL, on 29 May 2002, at 11.30 am, for the purposes provided for in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged no later than 12.00 noon on 28 May 2002 at the offices of KPMG, 37 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1XL. A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of KPMG, 37 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1XL, on the two business days preceding the Meeting.
