Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Partnership between Patricia Waterton and Philip Turnbull, which was placed into Receivership on 15 December 2000, (“the Creditors”) are required, on or before 25 August 2001, (the “Last date for Proving”), to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, Mark John Wilson, of Baker Tilly, 1st Floor, Centinal, 46 Clarendon Road, Watford WD17 1HE, the Receiver and Manager of the above-named Partnership, and, if so required by notice in writing, to prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. It is anticipated that the Reciever and Manager will make a full and final payment to the Creditors on or before 27 October 2001. Those Creditors who have failed to provide the Receiver or Manager with the information required by this notice by the Last Date for Proving will be excluded from the benefit of any such payment. Please note that since 1 January 2001, Philip Turnbull has traded as his own account as Langley Leisure Services and the appointment of the Receiver and Manager does not relate to this business.
