Notice is hereby given that I, Richard A B Saville, of Savilles, Regency House, 21 The Ropewalk, Nottingham NG1 5DU, was appointed Liquidator by the Creditors of Excel Engineering Supplies Limited on Friday 29 June 2001. The Creditors of the above-named Company, are required, on or before 28 December 2001, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to Richard A B Saville, Savilles, Regency House, 21 The Ropewalk, Nottingham NG1 5DU, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, either by their Solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
