(formerly Acomb Engineering Ltd) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, that I intend to make a distribution to Creditors of the above-named Company. Any Creditor who has not yet submitted a claim is required, on or before 19th March 2001, to submit a proof of debt to the undersigned, Mark David Arthur Loftus, BKR Haines Watts, PO Box 83, Elsworth House, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2SW. Please note that a Creditor who has not proved his debt on or before 19th March 2001 will be excluded from the proposed distribution. M. D. A. Loftus, Liquidator Note . All known Creditors have been, or will be, paid in full but if any persons consider they have claims against the Company they should send in full details forthwith. 21st February 2001.
