The Queen has been graciously pleased to appoint Sir Alexander Michael Graham, G.B.E., to be Gentleman Usher of the Purple Rod of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in the room of Sir Robin Danvers Penrose Gillett, Bt., G.B.E., R.D., who has retired.
