At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Woodland House, on 15th November 2000, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Sara Elizabeth Dayman, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
