No. 4457 of 2000 In the Matter of ABCD 2000 LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 15-17 Church Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 1LU, presented on 19th July 2000 by HM Customs and Excise of Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, Torrens Street, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 6th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 5th September 2000.
