Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the above-named Company must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Nigel John Hamilton-Smith, of Morton Thornton & Co, Torrington House, 47 Holywell Hill, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1HD, no later than Monday, 28th August 2000, which is the last day for proving claims. The Liquidator also gives notice that he will then make a distribution to Creditors, and any Creditor who has not made a claim by the date mentioned will be excluded from the benefit of any such distribution.
