No. 1106 of 1999 In the Matter of THE HELPING HANDS GROUP PLCand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 52 Penny Lane, Mossely Hill, Liverpool L18 1BG, presented on 17th December 1999 by Geoffrey Philip Sankey, of 22 Kingsway, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex and Christopher William David Yeomans, of 63 Fairfax Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool L2, on Monday, 7th February 2000, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 4th February 2000.
