DAVIES LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of John T. Davies Limited, presented on 10th December 1999 by P. D. Fuels Limited, acting by its Joint Administrators, Mr. P. S. Dunn and Mr. S. Thomas, both of Horwath Clark Whitehill & Co., claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS, on Monday, 31st January 2000, at 10.45 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
