Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, as appropriate, that Final Meetings of the Shareholders and the Creditors of the above-named Companies respectively will be held at Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, on Thursday, 30th September 1999, at the following times: (a) 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.; (b) 11.45 a.m. and 12 noon; (c) 11.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m.; (d) 12 noon and 12.15 p.m.; (e) 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m.; (f) 1.30 p.m. and 1.45 p.m.; and (g) 2.30 p.m. and 2.45 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the windings-up have been conducted and the property disposed of and to receive any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Shareholder or a Creditor entitled to attend and vote at these Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend instead of him.
