In accordance with Rule 4.106, I, Edwin D. S. Kirker, of Kirker & Co., The Centre, 39 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3EG, give notice that, on 25th June 1999, I was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the Members and Creditors. Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the Company, which is being wound up voluntarily, are required, on or before 31st August 1999, to send details of their names, addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts and claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to the undersigned, Edwin D. S. Kirker, at Kirker & Co., The Centre, 39 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3EG, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required in writing from the Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as may be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
