Notice is hereby given that I, Richard A. B. Saville, of Savilles, 1 North Road, The Park, Nottingham NG7 1AG, was appointed Liquidator by the Members of the above-named Company on Tuesday, 19th January 1999. My appointment was ratified by the Creditors of the above-named Company at a Meeting held on Thursday, 28th January 1999. The Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before 30th April 1999, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to Richard A. B. Saville, of Savilles, 1 North Road, The Park, Nottingham NG7 1AG, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, either by their Solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
