2nd June 1998The Queen has been pleased by Warrant under Her Royal Sign Manual dated 2nd June 1998 to appoint His Honour Judge Michael Joshua Hyam to exercise as Recorder of the City of London all such judicial functions as have heretofore been exercised by Recorders of the said City.
