Notice is hereby given that on 3 August 2010 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Icephone Limited, having its registered office at 29 Gayfield Square, Edinburgh, EH1 3PA (“the Company”) craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 5 August 2010 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
