ACCURA HEALTH LIMITED

Notice is given that on 12 July 2010 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Doctor James Pickard, Shawsmill Farm, Hurlford, Ayrshire KA1 5JN, craving the Court inter alia that Accura Health Limited having its registered office at Dalmore House, 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5QR be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition Lord Menzies by Interlocutor dated 12 July 2010 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of Session, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed Fraser James Gray of Zolfo Cooper, Cornerstone, 107 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2BA to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company.
