MYRIE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2009 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, craving the court inter alia that Myrie Developments Limited, having its registered office at c/o Henderson Loggie Sinclair Wood, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3NQ be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff ordained the said Myrie Developments Limited and any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
