Notice is hereby given that on 8 May 2008, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Glasgow City Council, Council City Chambers, George Square, Glasgow G2 1DU, craving the Court inter alia that Direct Mortgage Brokers (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 7 Newton Place, Glasgow G3 7PR be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 9 May 2008 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
