A Petition was on 3 October 2007 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Kirk Architecture Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 and having its Registered Office at Strathleven House, Vale of Leven Industrial Estate, Dumbarton G82 3PD, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Glennie by Interlocutor dated 5 October 2007 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
