A Petition was on 23 February 2007 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Citrus Clothing Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at 60 Saint Enoch Square, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G1 4AG, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Reed by Interlocutor dated 28 February 2007 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
