Notice is hereby given that on 21 February 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, craving the Court, inter alia that BMB Digital Imaging Limited, having their Registered Office at Kirkbrae House, 43 Lasswade Road, Edinburgh EH16 6TD be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interloductor dated 21 February 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
