Notice is hereby given that on 23 January 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries & Galloway at Airdrie by Kevin O’Neil and Gillian O’Neil, both residing at 25 Glen Lochay Gardens, Craigmarloch, Cumbernauld G68 0DY, Directors of KG Interactive Limited against KG Interactive Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 54 Deerdykes View, Westfield, Cumbernauld G68 9HN (“the Company”), craving the court that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 24 January 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime by Interlocutor dated 24 January 2007 appointed Anne Buchanan, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
