Notice is hereby given that on 16 December 2005, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumfries by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, craving the Court inter alia that Robinsons Buildings Scotland Ltd, having their registered office at Broomhouses Industrial Estate, Lockerbie DG11 2SD be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Dumfries by interlocutor dated 16 December 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Buccleuch Street, Dumfries DG1 2AN within eight days after intimation, advertisment or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
