Notice is hereby given that on 13 April 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by John White, 20 Harnham Drive, Great Notely, Braintree, Essex craving the Court inter alia that Audiomedix Limited (Company Number SC201487) having its registered office at 302 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5RZ be wound up by the Court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the said Sheriff by Interlocutors dated 13 April 2005 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; of all which notice is hereby given Anderson Fyfe, 72 Gordon Street, Glasgow G1 3RN, agents for Petitioner.
