Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 8 April 2005 Mauro Pretolani transferred to Capita Trust Company (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the Marigigi Trust all of the interest held by him in Mac I Founder Partner ‘B’ SLP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3734 (the “Partnership”) and Mauro Pretolani ceased to be a limited partner and Capita Trust Company (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the Marigigi Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership.
