Notice is hereby given that on 2 February 2005, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Mar Scaffolding (Scotland) Limited, Elgin Works, Elgin Street, Dunfermline, Fife KY12 7SD, craving the Court inter alia that Smith & Son Property Maintenance Services Limited, 54 Cowgate, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow G66 1HN, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Blair Carnegie Nimmo, KPMG, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ, be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 2 February 2005, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers conferred by sections 167 and 169 and Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
