MICROCYCLE LIMITED
A petition was on 2nd July 2004 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Microcycle Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at Glenburn House, Loans, Troon, Ayrshire be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Kingarth by Interlocutor dated 6th July 2004 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
