Notice is hereby given that on 12th March 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Linlithgow by the directors of 1st Recruitment Limited (No. SC235422), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Suites 8 & 9 Axwell House, Westerton Road, Broxburn, West Lothian, EH52 5AU, craving the Court inter alia that the company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Linlithgow by interlocutor dated 16th March 2004 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Linlithgow within eight days after publication, service or advertisement, and appointed Kenneth Wilson Pattullo of Begbies Traynor, 78 St Vincent Street, Glasgow to be provisional liquidator of the company with all the usual powers, all of which notice is hereby given.
