Notice is hereby given that on 29th December 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries by Michael S W Tyne as Executor of the late Neil G McNeill craving that Cairnsmore Estates Limited, having its registered office at 92 Irish Street, Dumfries, DG1 2PF be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator by appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Dumfries by Interlocutor dated 29th December 2003 appointed persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
