Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 23rd December 2003:–
| (a) | Hugh Langmuir transferred to Thierry Celestin e115 .51 of the interest held by him in the Partnership; |
| (b) | Vincent Aslangul transferred to Thierry Celestin e75.35 of the interest held by him in the Partnership; and |
| (c) | Nicholas Paulmier transferred to Thierry Celestin e75.35 of the interest held by him in the Partnership. |
