(In Liquidation)

I, Matthew P Henderson, Chartered Accountant, of Grant Thornton, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7JZ have been appointed Liquidator of Coffee House Franchising Limited by a Resolution of a Meeting of Creditors duly convened and held on 2nd December 2003.

Persons claiming to be creditors of the Company who have not already lodged statements of their claims with me are requested to do so on or before 1st June 2004, and all parties indebted to the Company are requested to make payment forthwith.
