The A83 Trunk Road (Inveraray) (prohibition of Waiting) Order 200
The Scottish Ministers give notice that they propose to make the above Order, which will prohibit waiting on that length of the A83 Tarbet-Kennacraig Trunk Road at Inveraray from a point 6 metres or thereby south of the south end of the south parapet of Aray Bridge, extending southwards, southeastwards and then southwards to a point 29 metres or thereby southwest of the extended northeast kerbline of the Car Park opposite Semple’s Garage, a distance of 868 metres or thereby.
The Order will impose the following restrictions:
No waiting 8am to 8pm
1st May to 30th September
On the above-mentioned length of the A83 Trunk Road including sections of Front Street, Main Street North, Church Square, Main Street South and the branch road connecting the A83 Trunk Road to the A819 Inveraray - Dalmally Road.
Waiting Limited to 30 Minutes 8am to 8pm

Full details of the proposal are contained in the Order which, together with plans showing the lengths of road involved, a copy of the existing Order to be revoked, and a statement of the Scottish Ministers’ reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined free of charge during normal office hours from 30th October 2003 to 20th November 2003 at the Scottish Executive Enterprise, Transport and Lifelong Learning Department, Network Management Division, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ and Inveraray Post Office, Arkland, Inveraray, Argyll.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds for objection in writing to the Scottish Executive Enterprise, Transport and Lifelong Learning Department, Network Management Division, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ quoting Reference UM/CE/O/1/4 by 20th November 2003.
