Notice is hereby given that on 5th November 2002 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Eileen Blackburn and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Messrs Baker Tilly, Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, joint administrators of Lenterprise (Scotland) Limited (In Administration), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 2, Greenhills Industrial Estate, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, craving the Court inter alia to order that Lenterprise (Scotland) Limited be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Keith V Anderson, Insolvency Practitioner of Messrs Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh as Interim Liquidator of the said Lenterprise (Scotland) Limited, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 5th November 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Petition Department of the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within 4 days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
